Kelley's Island - Biking Fun

One of the things we all enjoyed as a family was being able to bike around on the island. The campground was a great place where the kids could ride their bikes with little fear of being run over. Where we live, the kids can only ride up and down the sidewalk. At Kelley's they were free to ride in a much larger area where we could see them and they could travel safely. They loved it. We even made an attempt with Conlin and Alina at removing the training wheels. This was short-lived, but at least the desire was there. We also liked biking into town together with Niamh and Alina in the bike trailer behind me and Conlin in the bike seat on the back of Shawna's bike. The kid's did well on these rides because it usually resulted in ice cream for everyone (except Conlin who really liked having a Coke to himself).
