Happy Birthday Husband!

Today is the celebration of my husband's 31st birthday. For his birthday, his wife, purchased a new sleeping bag that is good for the cold type of camping. Of course, like any boy with a new toy, he takes it out for him and the kids to play with and try on. Then last night before bed, he states that he wanted to just try it out for a very short period of time beside the bed and would then come to bed. Morning came and there he lay, snoozing away, still on the floor. Above is the picture of how I found Dane this morning and then a full view of his new bag. I don't remember his exact words to describe his new bag, but I think it did sleep pretty well and was warm. Me being large with child, really did enjoy the unexpected run of the bed for a full night. There is something about taking my half out of the middle that makes for a good rest.

He has hopefully had a lovely birthday weekend. It was spent going to Cabella's and hockey game (wheeling nailers) on Saturday; making stadium food our dinner. Then today some of my family came up for a visit to help him celebrate his birthday and enjoy a dinner of his choice (Tacos). The birthday was then topped off with the traditional angel food cake smothered with cool whip. These pictures will be on our next posting.
