Muling Around

Hazel was a free mule that has made her home with Dane's family. She was giving rides to all of us at our last visit. She is definitely a gentle mule. So gentle in fact, that even Conlin and Alina fed her a horsey treat with their own hands. This of course drew comments regarding how soft her nose is. Conlin was the one who loved it the most, I think. He took three or four rides never really wanting to get off. The picture of Conlin does not do justice to what his expression was most of the time: a beaming grin.
