Pre Thanksgiving Festivities

We made the 6+ hour trip to Detroit, MI last night arriving a little after midnight (OK, maybe it was around 1:00). The kids fared fairly well, only crying for a cumulative hour or so.

Today they awoke rather pleasant and have been playing with their Cousin Gino all day.

Conlin has been enjoying trains, planes, and stuffed animals (you thought I was going to say automobiles, didn't you?).

It has been snowing off and on here in the Motor City and has just started to stick a little.

Preparations are being made for tomorrows festivities. Grandma and Grandpa McClaflin (aka. Mimi and Papa) are on their way from Ohio. Shawna is making her pumpkin pies, and the turkey Dane got while hunting (at Shop-n-Save) is thawing in the refridgerator.

Aunt Micky has been enjoying Conlin and Alina as much as she can because Mimi has stated she will be getting them as soon as she gets here and will not relinquish possesion for some time after her arrival.
